Legal Resilience in Community Networks: Challenges and Opportunities
The development of law in the era of disruption has provided challenges and opportunities for countries as part of the community network. Some legal aspects considered conventional began to find resistance when faced with new development of laws due to technological advances and geopolitical changes in the region. Therefore, each country is expected to have resilience in bridging conflict and accelerate necessary needs.
The topic “Legal Resilience in Community Networks: Challenges and Opportunities” of 3rd iClave is to understand and share knowledges of academics, practicians and governments in seeking legal resilience that improves every field of law.
